In 1985, Roy Redman, was thrust into junior coaching after years of playing Rugby League.  A motor-mechanic by trade with a inquisitive mindset. 

 

Roy was determined to make a difference and teach his team the fundamentals of Australian Rules Football. 

 

Unable to find the answers, Roy took it upon himself to study the ultimate kicking action, and ultimately become the architect of the most efficient and effective skills coaching program.
