HIGH LEVEL SKILL ENABLES THE FOLLOWING WITHIN GAMES
1) Ability to retain possession under pressure
2) Kick at an elite level off one step
3) Kick laterally to the middle of the ground where most pressure exists
4) Use left or right to make the best decisions when exiting stoppages
5) Kick fluently on the run
6) Kick with a low trajectory when required
7) Kick for goal with balance and a straight follow-through
8) Maximise distance with an upright and stable torso
9) Side-step opponents at the mid-point of the kicking action
10) Reduce tackling pressure by using shape-to-handball
