Ethan undertook a comprehensive technical improvement program. This included developing both sides of the body. Ethan's improvement saw him being unable to secure a place in the QLD team to becoming one of the first selected each week.

Partial Technical Program - 6 Sessions
Seb undertook a partial program interrupted by injury. This included sessions where strength & conditioning staff would restrict sessions to 8 minutes. Overall, the program consisted of 6 sessions spaced over multiple weeks.

Tom completed a full technical program over the course of one pre-season. Often of small group sessions or the occasional individual lesson. A former QLD & Lions Academy junior player. Significant transformation on both sides of the body.
Rugby Union - Player 1
Full Technical Program - 1 x Pre-Season
Jake undertook a full technical program over the course of a pre-season. Extensive technical change was implemented and the results are clear. Jake also recieved media attention for his improved kicking.
Rugby Union - Player 2
Partial Technical Program - 1 x Pre-Season
Duncan entered the technical program later than others and 'before' footage was not captured. However, his technical improvement was quick and effective. Including fluent kicking on the run at full speed.
Rugby Union - Player 3
Partial Technical Program - 1 x Pre-Season
Sam entered the program later than his colleagues but was able to transform his technique quickly. Sam changed his technique from mechanical and ineffective to smooth and powerful.
NFL - Player 1
Compressed Technical Program - 2 Weeks
John's technical improvement was remarkable. Within two weeks he was able to confidently kick the football on both sides of the body. John was offered a place on the Suns Category B list but declined to pursue more NFL opportunities.
NFL - Player 2
Compressed Technical Program - 2 Weeks
Brandon was cut by the Buffalo Bills when he was asked to trial for the Gold Coast Suns. The video is of Brandon's training program in Denver Colorado which took place over two weeks. Brandon ultimately signed a Category B contract with the Suns.
NFL - Player 3
Compressed Technical Program - 3 Days
Josh provided the most dramatic improvement within a short amount of time. Josh conducted virtual coaching prior to Kick Builders travelling to Cincinnati to train face-to-face for 3 days. Josh ultimately missed out on an AFL contract due to being 25 yrs at the time of his trials.
AFL - Player 4
Casual Technical Program - 6 Sessions
Jess came to Kick Builders hoping to improve her technique. Travelling from Sydney to Canberra proved difficult to maintain regular sessions. However, within a few short sessions, Jess was able to transform her technique.
AFL - Player 5
Casual Technical Program - 4 Sessions
Sim undertook casual sessions spaced between study and work. Approximately six sessions were completed with significant technical improvement achieved.
AFL - Player 6
Full Technical Program - 1 x Pre-Season
Hamish undertook a full technical program over the course of State League Team pre-season. Previously cut by the Lions Academy. Hamish transformed considerably to finish 2nd in the club Best & Fairest.
Basketball - Player 1
Partial Technical Program - 10 Sessions
Tom, a high-level basketballer, undertook weekly training sessions. Significant technical change was required with the final outcome producing a smooth and dynamic kicking action.
AFL - Player 7
Full Technical Program - 1 x Pre-Season
Garry is one the first players to undertake a full technical program. A former Rugby League player who signed up for one session at his local AFL club. 12 months later he was playing for QLD in the U18 program. Garry's high skill level on both sides is a strong achievement.
AFL - Player 8
Full Technical Program - 1 x Pre-Season
Dave came to Kick Builders via his junior AFL club after strong considerations to representing his State at junior level. However, there were concerns with his kicking. Dave went on to represent NSW/ACT at U18 level in the national carnival before winning a State League premiership with the Brisbane Lions.
